About the Field Sales Agents Role

As a Field Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and managing relationships to ensure sustainable portfolio growth. This full-time position requires results-driven individuals who can balance business expansion with delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities for Field Sales Agents in Mongu and Beyond

• Identify and onboard high-potential loan clients monthly to grow the portfolio.
• Manage client onboarding using the official digital onboarding platform.
• Deliver timely and excellent customer service addressing clients’ financial needs.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust and support.
• Maintain integrity and professionalism in all interactions, upholding ethical standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance against KPIs such as Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and targets.
• Engage existing clients for refinancing opportunities to ensure portfolio stability.
• Convert USSD inquiries into active loan applicants through effective follow-up.
• Meet organizational monthly disbursement targets by securing new clients.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies, local financial regulations, AML, and KYC standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Resident of Petauke, Chipata, or Mongu.
• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates and school leavers without experience are encouraged to apply if trainable and eager to learn.
• At least 1 year of experience in lending, microfinance, banking, or related sectors is preferred.
• Strong client engagement skills with adaptability to changing business needs.
• Commitment to customer service excellence.
• Ability to assess borrower risk and maintain portfolio quality.
• Understanding of industry regulations and strict adherence to company policies.

Compensation

This position offers commission-based pay directly linked to the volume of business generated, rewarding your performance and dedication.
