Key Responsibilities for the Farm Mechanic Role

The successful candidate will be entrusted with the following duties to ensure smooth and efficient farm operations:

• Perform planned and preventative maintenance on a variety of farm machinery and equipment.
• Inspect machinery to accurately diagnose mechanical faults and issues.
• Service and repair tractors, agricultural implements, generators, irrigation equipment, and farm vehicles.
• Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns and execute emergency repairs as needed.
• Conduct fault-finding procedures, perform testing, and maintain detailed and accurate service records.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workshop environment in compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Qualifications and Experience Required for Farm Mechanic Jobs in Luanshya

• Possess a Diploma or Trade Certificate in Agricultural Mechanics, Heavy Duty Mechanics, or a related discipline.
