Key Responsibilities

• Poultry Management:
  • Provide daily care and management of broilers and layers
  • Handle brooding, feeding, watering, and monitor bird health closely
  • Clean and disinfect poultry houses regularly to maintain hygiene
  • Collect eggs and accurately maintain production records
  • Identify and report any signs of disease or unusual behavior promptly
• Onion Gardening:
  • Prepare land, plant, and transplant onions effectively
  • Manage watering, fertilizing, and weeding to support healthy crops
  • Implement pest and disease control measures specific to onions
  • Harvest, grade, and store onions ensuring quality preservation
  • Maintain overall garden hygiene and productivity standards

Candidate Requirements

• Age between 25 and 45 years
• Minimum qualification: Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture, or demonstrable practical farming experience
• Proven hands-on experience in poultry farming including brooding and flock management
• Practical knowledge of onion cultivation from planting through to harvest
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a farm environment
• Demonstrates honesty, responsibility, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
