About the Factory Manager Role

As a Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production lines, including water sachet packaging, bottled water, and sauce manufacturing. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring efficient workflows, meeting production targets, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily factory operations to ensure smooth production of water sachets, bottled water, and sauces.
• Develop and manage production schedules to consistently meet demand and deadlines.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate factory personnel including operators, loaders, cleaners, and supervisors.
• Enforce strict compliance with quality control procedures and hygiene standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate timely maintenance and repairs.
• Control production costs by minimizing waste and improving operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with senior management to scale production capacity and enhance operational systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within FMCG sectors.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet daily production goals.
• Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance is advantageous.
