We are looking for candidates with proven expertise in both telephonic and field collection methods, who understand the unique challenges of last-mile customer interactions and microfinance environments.

Key Legal and Compliance Requirements

Applicants must represent agencies that comply with all mandatory legal and regulatory standards. Required documentation and compliance include:

• Certificate of Incorporation or valid Business Registration
• Tax Identification Number (TIN) or VAT registration
• Local authority business permits
• Verifiable physical office address
• Details and identification of company directors

Additionally, strict adherence to local debt collection laws and consumer protection regulations is essential. Agencies must have signed agreements covering:

• Code of Conduct
• Data Protection and Confidentiality policies
• Anti-harassment policies

Experience and Industry Expertise Required
