Centre Administrator Role

In addition to teaching positions, we are seeking a Centre Administrator to ensure the smooth daily operation of Edubridge Education Centre. This role requires an organized and proactive professional to manage administrative systems, support academic staff, and maintain an efficient environment for students and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative operations
• Oversee student records, enrolment, and scheduling
• Provide support to teaching staff and leadership
• Handle communications with parents, students, and external partners
• Coordinate examinations, timetables, and logistics
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
• Proven administrative experience, preferably in education
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems

Candidate Qualifications for Teaching Positions

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject; Master’s degree preferred
• Recognized teaching qualification such as PGCE or Diploma in Education
• Proven experience teaching secondary or pre-university programmes
• Strong subject knowledge and commitment to academic excellence
• Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
• Ability to inspire and support diverse learners

Desirable Qualifications and Skills

• Experience teaching international curricula such as Cambridge A-Level or equivalent
