Qualifications and Experience Requirements

Candidates must meet the following minimum criteria to be considered:

• Academic and Professional Certifications: All applicants must hold relevant qualifications and certifications as required by Zambian legislation.
• Engineers: Registration with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) and possession of a valid practicing certificate are mandatory.
• Supervisory Roles: Valid registration with the National Council for Construction (NCC) at the appropriate grade and category is required.
• Electrical Installers: Must hold a valid Electrician’s License and recognized Trade Certificate.
• OHS/EHS and Social Welfare Officers: Should have recognized diplomas or degrees along with active industry memberships.
• Experience: Proven hands-on experience in electrical power systems, solar PV installations, or large-scale telecommunications infrastructure projects within Zambia is essential.
• Compliance: Candidates must have a clean disciplinary record and be medically fit to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
