MWSC seeks experienced candidates for the following roles, each requiring relevant qualifications and practical experience. All engineering roles require the ability to drive a manual motor vehicle.

• Manager – ICT (1 Position)
  Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar role
  • Membership with ICTAZ
  • Expertise in network administration, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and disaster recovery
• Customer Services Manager (1 Position)
  Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in a Business-related field
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in customer service management
  • Strong leadership, reporting, budgeting, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and call-centre systems
• Transmission and Distribution Engineer (1 Position)
  Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Water Engineering
  • Registered member of EIZ and ERB
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Knowledge of water distribution networks, GIS, surveying, and AutoCAD
• Implementation Engineer – Civil (1 Position)
  Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering
  • Registration with ERB and membership of EIZ
  • At least 5 years post-qualification experience
  • Experience in water distribution networks, pipelines, reservoirs, pump stations, and sewer networks
• Assistant Engineer Maintenance (1 Position)
  Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
  • Membership of EIZ
  • Experience with maintenance management systems and utility networks
• Assistant Engineer – Networks (1 Position)
  Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Water or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
  • Membership of EIZ
  • Knowledge of water supply systems and distribution networks
• Assistant Engineer (1 Position)
  Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
  • Membership of EIZ
  • Experience in water and sanitation infrastructure, project supervision, and contract management
• Estates Officer (1 Position)
  Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma in Civil or Construction Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
  • Membership of EIZ and/or NCC
  • Experience in estate, property, or facilities management

  Requirements:
  • 5 O-Level School Certificate
  • Diploma in Secretarial Services and/or Management Studies
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in management meetings, minute taking, document control, and records management

  Requirements:
  • 5 O-Level School Certificate
  • At least 1 year of experience in meter reading, field operations, customer service, or data collection is an advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

• Office Assistant
  Requirements:
  • Grade 12 School Certificate with 5 O-Levels
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role preferred
  • Experience in cleaning and housekeeping

  Requirements:
  • Grade 12 School Certificate
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role preferred
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and/or civil works
  • Ability to handle tools, equipment, materials, and work in confined spaces
