Positions are available across key provinces to support project mobility and logistics:

- Central Province: Mumbwa (3), Shibuyunji (2), Chibombo (2), Kabwe (8), Kapiri Mposhi (2), Mkushi (2), Serenje (2)

Role Summary
Reporting to the Administrative Coordinator and Fleet Officer, the driver will ensure the safe and efficient transportation of project staff, equipment, and materials. The role requires maintaining vehicle roadworthiness and adhering to CIDRZ policies to support the smooth operation of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive assigned vehicles to transport staff, equipment, and materials in a timely manner
- Load and unload equipment and materials as required
- Maintain accurate and timely logbooks to track vehicle usage and ensure accountability
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and prevent accidents or breakdowns
- Prepare vehicle usage reports and comply with CIDRZ standards and policies
- Report any accidents or vehicle defects promptly to facilitate repairs and corrective actions
- Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks including oil, water, battery, brakes, and tyres
- Ensure vehicles are kept clean and presentable at all times
Qualifications and Experience
- Valid Class “C” Driver’s License
- Completed Grade 12 / Form V School Certificate
- Minimum of three years’ professional driving experience with a clean driving record
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
