About the Driver Role

This full-time opportunity requires a disciplined individual who can safely operate company vehicles and support daily transportation needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting staff, clients, and company materials while ensuring all vehicles remain in excellent condition and comply with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities for Driver Jobs in Ndola

• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly at all times.
• Transport staff, clients, and materials as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of vehicles.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and promptly report any issues.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle logs and fuel consumption.
• Adhere strictly to all road traffic laws and company policies.
• Assist with deliveries and other assigned tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
• Valid Zambian Driver’s Licence (Class C or higher).
• Minimum of 3 years’ driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of Ndola and Copperbelt routes.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and good character.

Preferred Qualifications

• Defensive driving certification.
• Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to identify minor vehicle issues.
