About the Role – Driver Jobs in Lusaka

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to management staff. This includes ensuring punctual arrivals and departures for meetings, appointments, and other official engagements. The Management Driver will also maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, conducting daily inspections and managing all vehicle-related records accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport management personnel safely to various locations, adhering strictly to traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle at all times.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and promptly report any faults or maintenance needs.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle logs, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Assist with official errands such as document collection and delivery as required.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of passengers and company information.
• Be flexible to work beyond normal hours when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Valid Driver’s Licence (Class B or higher) with a clean driving record.
• At least one year of professional driving experience.
• Possession of a Defensive Driving Certificate is an advantage.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is desirable.
