Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual, and smooth transportation for executives and VIP guests.
• Plan routes using navigation tools and local knowledge to avoid traffic, construction, and weather delays.
• Maintain the company vehicle’s cleanliness, fuel level, and mechanical reliability.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all conversations and business information encountered.
• Assist with luggage handling, manage last-minute schedule changes, and coordinate with executive assistants.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional who understands the nuances of corporate etiquette and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

• At least 5 years of experience as a professional chauffeur, executive driver, or corporate driver.
• Valid, clean driver’s license with no major infractions; possession of a commercial driver’s license (CDL) or chauffeur license is a strong advantage.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends to accommodate executive schedules.
• Impeccable grooming and professional attire, typically a dark suit and tie.
• Strong communication skills, excellent situational awareness, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Experience driving electric vehicles is an added benefit.
