About the Driver Position

As a Driver reporting directly to the Logistics Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and dependable transportation of employees, visitors, equipment, materials, and company documents. Our drivers also maintain company vehicles in clean, roadworthy, and compliant condition to uphold safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities for Drivers in Kitwe

• Provide safe and reliable transportation services within and around Kitwe.
• Transport company personnel, visitors, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Ensure all company vehicles remain clean, well-maintained, and compliant with road safety regulations.
• Adhere strictly to all Zambian road traffic laws and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Valid driving license category C1 or higher.
• Minimum of three years’ clean driving record, preferably with experience in corporate or mining environments.
• Possession of a Defensive Driving Certificate is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Zambian road traffic regulations.
• Valid Medical Silicosis Certificate is mandatory.
