Position Overview – Director ICT Jobs in Lusaka

Reporting directly to the Commissioner Business Facilitation, the Director ICT will be responsible for delivering timely, cost-effective, and efficient ICT solutions. This role demands collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure ICT infrastructure and systems align with corporate objectives and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of ICT infrastructure and systems supporting ZRA’s business functions.
• Engage with customers and service providers to identify ICT requirements and negotiate service agreements.
• Ensure ICT services are delivered professionally, efficiently, and within budgetary constraints.
• Monitor emerging ICT trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance organizational performance.
• Promote compliance with ICT policies, standards, and best practices across the Authority.
