About the Role: Direct Sales Agent Opportunities

As a Direct Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of LTE devices, achieving targets, and fostering sustained business growth. This full-time position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and market development within the telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell LTE devices to new and existing customers, promoting company services effectively.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets to support LTE business expansion.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the Sales Team Leader.
• Maximize the use of available sales tools and resources to enhance performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
• Stay informed on competitor activities and market trends, updating supervisors regularly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products and services.
• Participate in product training sessions to enhance sales effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate required; a Diploma or Certificate in Marketing or a Business-related field is advantageous.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
