Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms and overall online presence.
• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to business goals.
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
• Oversee and optimize online advertising campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
• Update the company website regularly and coordinate online promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and analyze digital campaign performance to inform strategy adjustments.
• Prepare detailed monthly marketing reports to track progress and outcomes.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and strengthening brand visibility.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 School Certificate is required.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of practical experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media management and online advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and creative skills.
• Familiarity with graphic design software is an advantage.
• Self-driven, innovative, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
