You will help bridge our strong offline presence with enhanced online visibility by uncovering and sharing compelling stories about our projects, customer relationships, industry events, partnerships, and technical expertise. Additionally, you will ensure our brand’s online appearance reflects the quality and professionalism of our business through photography, design, and video.

• Growth Strategy: Develop and manage multi-channel marketing budgets and initiatives aligned with business objectives. Coordinate across teams and external partners to optimize lead generation and conversion. Demonstrate resource allocation skills rather than just campaign execution.
• Content Creation: Craft compelling visual and written stories through graphics, photography, video, and copywriting. Maintain brand consistency across platforms and support campaigns with creative content. A strong portfolio is essential.
• PR & Brand Communications: Elevate brand visibility and credibility through PR initiatives, event coordination, media relations, and community engagement. Build lasting partnerships and support corporate storytelling with consistent messaging.

Skills and Experience We Value

We welcome candidates with diverse educational backgrounds including sales and marketing, business management, journalism, IT, engineering, or self-taught professionals with relevant certifications. Key qualities include:

Compensation

The salary range for this full-time position is between K3,000 and K10,000 per month, depending on your experience, portfolio, and proven capabilities. Exceptional candidates with unique skill sets may be considered for higher compensation.
