Key Responsibilities

• Safely collect and deliver parcels and documents within Kitwe and nearby locations, ensuring timely completion of routes.

• Conduct routine vehicle or motorbike inspections and perform minor mechanical troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and promptly report any mechanical issues to management.
• Support minor sales activities by promoting MACSPEEDYS services and identifying potential new delivery opportunities.
• Foster professional and courteous relationships with customers, upholding the company’s high service standards.
• Prepare straightforward daily reports summarizing delivery and sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid class C driver’s license.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to perform routine vehicle checks and minor troubleshooting.
• Previous experience in courier, delivery, or logistics roles is advantageous.
• Strong familiarity with Kitwe routes and surrounding areas.
• Clear and professional communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Demonstrated honesty, punctuality, and physical fitness to manage delivery tasks.
