Key Responsibilities for Data Clerk Jobs in Kalumbila
- Accurately input data from source documents into databases and spreadsheets.
- Update, verify, and maintain existing records to ensure consistency and correctness.
- Perform regular data cleaning to eliminate duplicates, errors, and outdated information.
- Identify and report errors to relevant departments promptly.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to appropriate officials.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents in compliance with company policies.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality, with the following qualifications and attributes:
- Minimum Grade 12 certificate or diploma in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles is preferred; however, fresh graduates with strong computer skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
- Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve results through teamwork and collaboration.
- Physical and medical fitness to work in a mining environment.
- Must be a Zambian national.
