Customer Service Manager Job in Lusaka Ibex Hill
Position: Customer Service Manager (Female, 1 position)

Reports To: Property Management Director / Estate Manager
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Lusaka Ibex Hill
Monthly Gross Salary: ZMK 5,000
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all customer service operations within the property management office, ensuring timely and professional handling of resident inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Track, record, and resolve service issues with diligent follow-up until closure; handle escalated or complex customer concerns effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents to foster satisfaction and trust.
- Conduct resident satisfaction surveys and implement improvement initiatives.
- Organize and support community events, communication activities, and announcements.
- Provide move-in and move-out support, including orientation for new residents.
- Coordinate with security, maintenance, cleaning, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Follow up on repairs, maintenance requests, and urgent operational issues.
- Report major incidents, customer complaints, or operational risks promptly to management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of complaints, service requests, and resident files; prepare weekly and monthly service reports with performance data and recommendations.
- Assist in updating service guidelines, SOPs, and customer communication templates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, estate regulations, and safety procedures.
- Train staff on policies, customer interaction skills, and emergency response protocols.
- Participate in budgeting for customer service operations and assist in emergency response management.
- Support management in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in property management, hospitality, customer service, sales, or receptionist roles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
- Female candidates aged 26 years and above.
- Available for full-time employment.
Real Estate Sales and Marketing Consultant Opportunity
We are also seeking a motivated and skilled Real Estate Sales & Marketing Consultant to join our team. This full-time role involves developing effective sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and converting prospects into clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the property market and proven experience in real estate sales.
Responsibilities for Real Estate Sales and Marketing Consultant
- Develop and implement efficient real estate marketing strategies.
- Oversee advertisement campaigns and sales activities to maximize results.
- Monitor housing and property markets to identify potential leads and investment opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through newsletters and updates.
- Collaborate with existing business partners on prospective projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 certificate minimum.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Marketing or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the real estate market.
- Affiliation with the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) is required.
- Strong resilience under pressure and a responsible work ethic.
- Full-time availability.
