About the Role: Customer Experience Intern Jobs in Lusaka
As a Customer Experience Intern, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across various customer engagement channels. Your responsibilities will include assisting with bulk customer card programmes, managing customer enquiries and feedback, supporting social media and WhatsApp group communications, and helping coordinate internal customer activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support bulk card printing, customer onboarding, and accurate record management, ensuring timely dispatch and follow-ups.
- Respond promptly to customer comments, messages, surveys, and enquiries across digital platforms, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Assist with customer service calls by recording enquiries, complaints, and feedback, and escalate when necessary.
- Contribute to customer experience activations through preparation, administration, engagement, and feedback collection.
- Maintain and update customer databases, trackers, and activity reports with accuracy and within set deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field (completed or in progress).
- Basic understanding of customer service principles, sales support, and professional communication techniques.
- Familiarity with Facebook, WhatsApp, and other customer communication platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic reporting tools.
- Strong verbal and written English skills; proficiency in additional Zambian local languages is required.
