About the Customer Care Agent Role
As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Your role involves providing accurate information about products and services, verifying customer details, and offering empathetic, personalized support. Maintaining high call quality standards and meeting daily performance targets are essential to success in this position.
- Handle inbound customer calls courteously and professionally
- Provide accurate and clear information regarding products and services
- Gather, verify, and communicate customer information effectively
- Demonstrate empathy and tailor service to individual customer needs
- Identify and report opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational productivity

Qualifications and Requirements for Customer Care Agent Jobs in Lusaka
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate with at least five credits, including English and Mathematics
- A tertiary qualification is advantageous but not mandatory
- Age between 24 and 33 years
- Fluency in at least one local language: Tonga, Lozi, Lunda, Kaonde, or Luvale
- Residence within a 7 km radius of the office (certain areas beyond this radius are ineligible, including Meanwood, Obama, Chainda beyond the Clinic, Salama, Mtendere East, ZAF Lusaka, Makeni, Lilayi, Kanyama, Garden House, Chingwele, Zingalume, Chunga, Chalala Apex)
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Completion of a mandatory fingerprint verification process
