We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

1. Site Foreman (1 Position)

• Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 3-4 years of proven site supervision experience
• Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, ability to interpret construction drawings
• Knowledge: Health and safety standards compliance

2. Carpenters (2 Positions)

• Education: Minimum Grade 12 certificate and relevant trade certificate
• Experience: At least 3 years in carpentry
• Responsibilities: Installation of walls, floors, ceilings, formwork, and roofs; shaping and cutting materials using hand and power tools
• Additional Skills: Experience with storey building formwork and outdoor construction tasks

3. Bricklayers (4 Positions)

• Education: Minimum Grade 12 certificate and relevant trade certificate
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in bricklaying, block work, and plastering
• Skills: Ability to read and follow construction drawings and instructions
• Knowledge: Construction safety practices

4. General Workers (10 Positions)

• Education: Minimum Grade 12 certificate
• Experience: At least 1 year in construction-related work
• Knowledge: Awareness of construction safety protocols
