Maxim Maintenance Solutions Limited is currently seeking qualified and experienced professionals for multiple construction jobs in Lumwana, Northwestern Zambia. We invite motivated individuals to apply for full-time positions at our Manyama site, offering a dynamic work environment within the construction and mining sectors.

Available Positions for Construction Jobs in Lumwana

We are recruiting for the following roles to support our ongoing projects:

• Foremen
• Bricklayers
• General Workers

Position Requirements and Qualifications

Each role requires specific qualifications and experience to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on site:

Foremen

• Grade 12 Certificate is mandatory
• Certificate or Diploma in Construction, Building, or related field is an advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in construction or mining projects
• Proven ability to supervise teams and interpret site works
• Valid Silicosis Certificate is required

Bricklayers

• Minimum Grade 9 or Grade 12 Certificate
• Demonstrated experience in bricklaying and block work
• Ability to read basic drawings is a plus
• Valid Silicosis Certificate is mandatory

General Workers

• Minimum Grade 9 or Grade 12 Certificate
• Physically fit and hardworking attitude
• Experience in construction or mining environments is an advantage
• Valid Silicosis Certificate is required

General Requirements for All Applicants

• Immediate availability for deployment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong teamwork skills and good conduct
