Available Positions and Qualifications

1. Surveyor

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
• Proficient in the use of surveying tools and techniques
• Ability to conduct site measurements, boundary surveys, and data analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills with adherence to legal and environmental standards
• Capable of working outdoors in diverse terrains and conditions
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Valid membership certificate with the Surveyors Institute of Zambia

2. Batch Plant Manager

• Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years’ technical experience in concrete batching or plant operations
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
• Specialized training in concrete or asphalt technology is an advantage
• Commitment to quality and Health & Safety compliance
• Proficient in inventory and materials management
• Valid membership certificate with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)

3. Health and Safety Officer

• Zambian citizenship required
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety with relevant training
• At least 10 years’ experience in construction or mining safety
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety laws, construction standards, and ISO 45001
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Paid-up membership with the Occupational Health and Safety Institute (OHSI)

4. Senior Foreman

• Grade 12 certificate and Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with concrete, civil, and earthworks projects
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and enforce safety standards
• Proven leadership skills in team coordination and mentoring
• Competent in materials, construction methods, tools, and basic surveying
• Valid membership with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)

5. Concrete Foreman

• Grade 12 certificate plus Diploma or Craft Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Bricklaying, or relevant trade
• At least 7 years’ construction experience
• Experience leading small teams and mentoring personnel
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and maintain safety compliance
• Knowledge of materials, construction methods, tools, and basic surveying
• Valid membership with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)

6. Site Engineers

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ construction experience
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with engineering and project management software including AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Microsoft Project
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid membership certificate with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
