• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, corporate governance, and business process analysis with attention to operational details.
• Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and professional report-writing skills, capable of communicating complex compliance matters effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Professionalism and Tools: High integrity and confidentiality standards, self-motivated with the ability to work independently, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as necessary for on-site compliance inspections and fieldwork.
