Role Overview for Commercial Sales Executive Jobs in Lusaka

As a Commercial Sales Executive based in Lusaka, you will report directly to the Technical Manager and be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic client engagement and effective account management. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment where your sales expertise will directly impact our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell high-end printers, multifunctional devices (MFPs), document management software, and customized ICT solutions to corporate clients.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, maintaining a robust and active sales pipeline.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and tailored commercial quotations to B2B decision-makers.
  • Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships to ensure retention and growth of accounts.
  • Analyze market trends, evaluate competitor activities, and leverage insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts with corporate clients in alignment with company pricing policies.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit weekly and monthly pipeline and forecasting reports.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, ICT, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven B2B corporate sales experience, preferably in office automation, printing solutions, hardware, or ICT sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, closing, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to meet strict sales targets independently.
