As an Officer, Commercial, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of warehouse operations, adhering to all relevant procedures and responsibilities. This full-time position offers the chance to contribute directly to our supply chain success and maintain high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities for Commercial Officer Jobs in Kalumbila

• Promptly pick and dispatch items requested by end users to support operational needs.
• Ensure correct storage and handling of warehouse goods, maintaining system accuracy through timely updates in Pronto.
• Accurately record all stock movements, including binning, issuing, and stock transfers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
• Control and secure inventory and warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet stackers, and hand trucks.
• Participate in cycle counts and stock takes, resolving any discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
• Complete all issue documentation with accuracy and ensure proper sign-off procedures.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• CIPS Certificate Level 3 or an equivalent professional certification.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a supply chain or logistics-related role.
• Proficiency in Pronto software is essential.
• Strong knowledge of basic health and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
