Regional Sales Manager – North: Role Requirements

The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives in the northern region, driving growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 7 years’ sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driving licence
• Paid-up membership with the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM)
• Qualifications must be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA)

Administrative Assistant: Essential Qualifications

The Administrative Assistant will support marketing, sales, and supply chain functions, ensuring efficient office operations. Applicants should possess:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce; a Bachelor’s Degree is advantageous
• At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or supply chain management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
• ZAQA verified qualifications
