Key Responsibilities for Civil Site Supervisor Jobs in Lusaka

• Supervise daily civil works on substation construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Monitor contractor workmanship, progress, and compliance with contractual and quality requirements.
• Identify and report potential risks, delays, and non-conformances, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Verify quality control processes, including inspections and testing of civil works.
• Uphold strict health and safety standards on site.
• Maintain accurate daily site records and contribute to weekly progress reports.
