About the Chinese Translator Role in Lusaka

As a Chinese Translator at EASYWINBET’s Lusaka office, you will provide crucial language support to ensure clear and effective communication across multiple teams. Your expertise will help bridge language gaps during meetings, inspections, and daily operations, contributing to efficient coordination and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate interpretation and translation between Chinese and English during meetings, site visits, and routine activities.
• Translate a variety of written materials including emails, messages, notices, reports, and official documents.
• Facilitate communication with external partners and service providers to support business operations.
• Assist management with task coordination and timely follow-up on daily assignments.
• Maintain professional, clear, and prompt communication across teams using platforms such as WhatsApp, WeChat, email, and other work applications.
• Support basic administrative and coordination duties as required to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Fluency in both oral and written Mandarin Chinese is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven competency in interpretation and translation tasks.
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a corporate environment.
• Highly organized, responsive, and dependable with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in online communication tools and mobile applications.
• Good understanding of local conditions and ability to coordinate across different parties.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
• HSK Level 5 certification or equivalent Mandarin proficiency certification.
