Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook diverse Chinese dishes, ensuring excellent quality and timely service.
• Plan menus considering budget constraints and seasonal ingredient availability.
• Manage procurement of all necessary food supplies and kitchen equipment.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Create innovative recipes to keep the menu fresh and appealing.
• Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate feedback to improve offerings.
• Enforce safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols rigorously.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned to support kitchen efficiency.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of verifiable work experience as a Chinese Chef.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques and equipment.
• Certification in Hospitality or Food Production from a recognized institution is advantageous.
