Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s Degree or MBA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline is mandatory.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., ZIHRM) is advantageous.
• 8 to 12 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience in Fintech or ICT sectors is highly desirable.
