Available Positions and Requirements

1. Chef (1 Position)

• Education: Grade 12 Certificate (mandatory), Food Handler’s Certificate, and a Certificate in Food Production or related qualification.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in food preparation.
• Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; thorough knowledge of food hygiene, safety standards, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Attributes: Strong teamwork, effective communication, and excellent time-management skills.

2. Assistant Chef (1 Position)

• Education: Grade 12 Certificate (mandatory).
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant kitchen experience.
• Skills: Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety; ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Attributes: Hard-working, reliable, strong team player with excellent customer service skills and professional attitude.
• Food handling or food production training is an advantage.

3. Laundry Attendants (2 Positions)

• Education: Grade 12 Certificate (mandatory).
• Experience: Previous laundry service experience is preferred.
• Knowledge: Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) practices; proper handling, sorting, and storage of linen.
• Attributes: Physically fit, detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working effectively within a team.
• Compliance: Ability to adhere to hygiene, safety, and laundry procedures.
