As a Central & Northern Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence by supporting retail outlets and executing company sales and promotional strategies effectively. This full-time position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and market analysis to ensure sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities for Central & Northern Sales Specialist Jobs in Zambia

  • Regularly visit customers to secure orders and consistently meet sales targets.
  • Support retail outlets by addressing terminal requirements and resolving after-sales concerns.
  • Conduct market visits to gather competitor intelligence and monitor industry trends.
  • Implement and oversee company promotional activities to maximize their impact.
  • Engage in vehicle-based sales efforts to develop and expand terminal and end-customer relationships.
  • Collect payments and ensure timely reconciliation of customer accounts.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to support ongoing business development.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales and market feedback reports to management.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in sales, particularly within the FMCG sector, is advantageous.
  • Strong passion for sales, complemented by excellent execution and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the Central and Northern regions of Zambia.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of performing effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions.
