About the Catering Manager Role in Mingomba

The Catering Manager will oversee all aspects of catering, kitchen, and dining operations to ensure exceptional food quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. This leadership position requires managing food costs, inventory control, and budgeting while fostering a motivated and skilled catering team. Building and maintaining excellent client relationships to guarantee outstanding service delivery is also a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive catering, kitchen, and dining operations at the Kobold Metals Mingomba site.
• Ensure strict adherence to food quality, hygiene, and HSE compliance standards.
• Control food costs, maintain stock levels, and prepare accurate budgets.
• Lead, develop, and mentor catering teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships to deliver superior catering services.

Candidate Requirements for Catering Manager Jobs in Mingomba

• Recognised qualification in Catering & Hotel Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in an industrial catering environment.
• At least 4 years’ experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Experience in mining or remote-site catering is highly advantageous.
