About the Role: Call Centre Agent Jobs in Lusaka
As a Call Centre Agent at Lenderu Lending Solutions, you will play a critical role in managing customer interactions across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing loan applications, and supporting sales initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring compliance with company standards while meeting service and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Process loan applications, customer requests, and online submissions with precision.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and document all interactions thoroughly.
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and to support sales activities.
- Promote and upsell Lenderu Lending Solutions’ products and services to customers.
- Adhere strictly to customer service procedures and company policies.
- Achieve assigned service, sales, and productivity targets consistently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Full Grade 12 School Certificate with credits in English and Mathematics.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Customer Service, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a call centre, customer service, or sales role.
- Experience in lending or financial services will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and consistently meet targets.
