About the Call Center Agents Role
As a Call Center Agent, you will be a vital part of our customer engagement team, handling inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and efficiency. Our ideal candidates are fluent in English and at least one local language, with strong communication skills and a passion for excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any Business Programme or Social Sciences
- Grade 12 certificate (G12) must be attached with the application
- Age between 20 and 30 years
- Fluent English language skills (mandatory)
- Proficiency in at least one local language: Bemba or Nyanja
Essential Skills for Call Center Agents Jobs in Lusaka
- Excellent communication and phone-handling abilities
- Strong customer service orientation and professionalism
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and perform well under pressure
