About the Role: Business Loan Officer

As a Business Loan Officer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and managing Khen Financial Services’ lending products. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire loan cycle, from marketing and client engagement to loan processing, monitoring, and collections. You will work closely with clients to assess their financial needs, evaluate creditworthiness, and ensure timely repayments, thereby safeguarding the institution’s portfolio quality.

• Market all Khen Financial Services products and services using approved promotional tools and strategies.
• Manage the full lending process including loan initiation, processing, monitoring, and repayment tracking.

• Clearly explain loan disbursement and repayment terms to clients.
