Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at FNB, you will be responsible for extracting and analyzing data from diverse sources to support informed business decision-making. Working under supervision, you will contribute to business intelligence projects aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives, ensuring effective tracking and reporting of performance measures.

• Extract and profile data from multiple sources to develop technical BI requirements, including source-to-target mappings.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to document and obtain sign-off on BI business requirement specifications.
• Deliver business summaries and analytical reports that enhance decision-making related to products, channels, service levels, and customer trends.
• Integrate outputs from data science and analytics teams into business processes, promoting a culture of sharing and reuse of BI tools and solutions.
• Resolve data queries and perform simple data extracts as needed.
• Maintain and update the BI repository to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Contribute knowledge and ideas to improve existing data products and develop new solutions within the Business Intelligence environment.
• Support cost management and business profitability through timely and efficient delivery of BI solutions.
