About the Role
As a Business Data Entry Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial data. Your responsibilities will include capturing key business transactions, issuing invoices, and ensuring all records are up to date and reconciled monthly.
Key Responsibilities
- Record sales, expenses, debtors, credits, and income accurately
- Issue invoices promptly and follow up on outstanding payments
- Perform monthly financial reconciliations to ensure data consistency
- Maintain both digital and physical business records with high accuracy
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 18 months progressive experience in data entry or accounting support
- Strong numeracy skills, computer literacy, and proficiency in data entry
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
Preference will be given to candidates residing in Lusaka’s residential areas including Mtendere, Longacres, Chilenje, Libala, Libala South, Bauleni, or Nyumba Yanga.
