As a Business Analyst at Bridging Gap Solution, you will play a pivotal role in eliciting and analyzing requirements, re-engineering business processes, and translating these into technically sound solutions. Your work will ensure that the solutions delivered meet both client expectations and internal business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
  • Analyze, model, and re-engineer business processes from “as-is” to “to-be,” eliminating inefficiencies and designing automation-ready workflows.
  • Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, use cases, process maps, and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs).
  • Translate re-engineered processes and requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and architects on solution design, data models, system integrations, and APIs, applying sound technical judgment.
  • Support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, acceptance criteria definition, user alignment, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Manage scope changes through a structured change-control process.
  • Contribute to proposals, feasibility studies, and solution demonstrations.
  • Maintain comprehensive requirements and process documentation, ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst on software or ICT projects, with hands-on business process re-engineering expertise.
  • Strong technical acumen, including a working knowledge of software development, databases/SQL, system integration, and APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile and PRINCE2 delivery methodologies and process modeling notations such as BPMN and UML.
  • Professional certifications like CBAP, IIBA-ECBA, Lean, or Six Sigma are advantageous.
