• Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications in line with company policies.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with institutional partners and key stakeholders.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management review.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, including credit risk management, Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols, and data protection policies.
• Address customer complaints professionally and implement effective resolution measures.
• Engage in fieldwork and client outreach to enhance brand visibility and trust within the community.
