Available Positions in Banking Jobs in Lusaka

NATSAVE is recruiting for the following roles, each critical to supporting the bank’s strategic objectives:

• Manager Internal Audit (1 position) – NG3
  Reporting to the Chief Internal Auditor, this role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields, professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CISA, and at least seven years of internal audit experience including leadership roles. Membership in the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is mandatory.
• Relationship Officer (6 positions) – NG5
  Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields, with a minimum of two years’ experience in banking or customer relationship management. Strong interpersonal and financial skills are essential.
• Relationship Analyst (2 positions) – NG6
  Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields, plus two years of experience in sales, business development, or banking. Analytical and teamwork skills are key.
• Legal Officer (1 position) – NG4
  Applicants must have an LL.B. degree, membership with the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) including a valid practising licence, and 1–3 years’ experience in legal advisory roles. Knowledge of corporate and banking law is required.
• Digital Business Channels Officer (3 positions) – NG4
  A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Banking, Finance, IT, or related fields is required, along with at least three years’ experience in digital business or marketing. Professional ICT memberships are advantageous.
• Digital Applications Developer (1 position) – NG4
  Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, ICTAZ membership with a valid practising licence, and 2–3 years’ experience in digital development including team supervision.
• Digital Applications Analyst (1 position) – NG5
  Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields, with ICTAZ membership and 1–2 years’ experience in digital analysis. Relevant certifications in IT service management or project management are a plus.
• IT Technician (1 position) – NG5
  Requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields, ICTAZ membership, and 1–2 years’ experience in IT support with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Database Analyst (1 position) – NG5
  A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields is required, with ICTAZ membership and 1–2 years’ experience in database analysis. Certifications in SQL or Oracle are advantageous.
• IT Services Support Officer (1 position) – NG4
  Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields, ICTAZ membership, and 2–3 years’ experience in IT support. Certifications such as CompTIA A+ are beneficial.
• IT Security Officer (2 positions) – NG4
  Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, ICTAZ membership, and 2–3 years’ experience in IT security. Relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM are preferred.
