Position Overview: Automobile Mechanic

As an Automobile Mechanic at Zampalm Limited, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our heavy equipment and machinery. Your responsibilities will include performing regular maintenance, diagnosing mechanical issues, and executing repairs to keep all equipment in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on workshop machinery and heavy equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Dismantle and reassemble mechanical components following precise specifications.
• Properly dispose of oily and greasy contaminated waste materials in compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate work logs and repair records by completing detailed work order forms.
• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning parts promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct test drives to diagnose mechanical problems and assess machine performance.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster a productive and safe work environment.
• Evaluate machinery condition and prepare reports with recommendations to maintain equipment fitness.

Qualifications and Experience for Automobile Mechanic Jobs in Kanchibiya

• Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate.
• Auto Mechanical craft certificate or Heavy Equipment Repair Technician certificate from a recognized institution.
• At least two years of hands-on experience in an industrial environment.
