About the Role

This position requires a driven individual with face-to-face financial services sales experience, ideally including current SEC-regulated offshore investment advisory credentials. Interviews will be conducted during the last week of April and the first week of May 2026, followed by comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities in Associate Wealth Manager Jobs in Zambia

  • Develop and nurture a network of prospects within Zambia’s Upper Middle to High Net Worth segments.
  • Present and sell hard currency insurance and investment products denominated in USD, GBP, and EUR tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and generate referrals.
  • Represent Caravel Partners Zambia professionally, ensuring all investment advice is compliant and formally approved by regulated Investment Advisors within the firm.

Candidate Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is essential.
  • Demonstrable existing network among High Net Worth individuals and a character suited to a sales hunter role.
  • Experience in private client banking sales or senior insurance sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A strong desire for material success within a compliant and ethical framework.
  • Preparedness to work on a commission-only basis with self-funding during an initial three to four-month pipeline development period.
  • Possession of a personal laptop is mandatory; personal transport is a plus.

Training and Career Progression

Caravel Partners Zambia provides all necessary training and ongoing professional development, including support for Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment (CISI) Level III qualifications. After training, you will enter a three-month probationary period as an Associate Wealth Manager. Upon obtaining the IASB certificate, you may advance to a regulated Investment Advisor or continue at the associate level.
