• Contribute to the preparation and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.
• Support the implementation of opening and closing procedures for the depot.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and well-maintained depot environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist with sales activities.
• Safeguard company assets and report any operational risks or incidents promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Depot Manager.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Full Grade 12 Certificate with at least five (5) credits.
• Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum of one year of experience in depot operations, inventory management, sales, administration, or agriculture-related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer literacy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of stock control and inventory management principles.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports.
• High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
