Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, the Area Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, and customer satisfaction across several outlets. The successful candidate will lead operational initiatives that promote efficiency, compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement within the organization’s Lusaka headquarters.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

• Full Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
• Membership in a relevant professional body is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a management role, preferably within sales, operations, inventory, or business development.
• Experience managing multiple operational sites is advantageous.
