Established in February 2020, GRABE-MAT ENTERPRISES LIMITED supplies a wide range of construction materials including cement, paints, roofing sheets, glass, aluminum profiles, steel, and hardware products. We specialize in fabricating window frames, door frames, gates, tank stands, and grill doors. As part of our expansion, we are setting up a new Aluminum Bay and require an experienced fabricator to lead this initiative.

Key Responsibilities for Aluminum Fabricator Jobs in Lusaka

• Fabricate and install aluminum sliding windows, sliding doors, shop fronts, office partitions, and curtain walls with precision and quality.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and finish aluminum profiles and glass accurately according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and client measurements to ensure correct fabrication.
• Operate aluminum cutting machines and other workshop tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of quality, neat finishing, and proper sealing on all projects.
• Keep the workshop clean and organized while managing tools and stock records responsibly.
• Train and supervise general workers to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior sales staff to advise clients on suitable aluminum solutions and assist in preparing quotations.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Full Grade 12 Certificate is mandatory.
• At least one year of proven experience as an Aluminum Fabricator, supported by a portfolio or photos of past projects.
• A Craft Certificate in Metal Fabrication or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to independently manage all fabrication stages from measurement to installation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various aluminum profiles and glass types (4mm, 5mm, 6mm).

• Must be based in Lusaka or willing to relocate to Kaunda Square Stage 2 Market.
• Physically fit with no criminal record.
