Key Responsibilities for After-Sales Solar Technician Jobs in Lusaka

• Technical Support: Act as the primary contact for customers experiencing technical issues, offering expert assistance with solar batteries and inverters.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve faults in solar system components including panels, batteries, and related electrical equipment.
• Customer Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction by conducting follow-ups after service interventions to confirm issues are fully resolved.
• Training: Provide training to sales agents and fellow technicians on the correct installation and operation of solar products.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs, detailing components used and services performed.
• Customer Education: Guide customers on the effective use and maintenance of their solar equipment, promoting understanding of solar power benefits.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Grade Twelve (12) Certificate is mandatory.
• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or a related technical field preferred.
• Proven knowledge of electrical systems, including batteries (Lemeon, Lux Watt, Dyness) and inverters (Must, Lux Power, SRNE).
• Experience in solar installation or electrical maintenance is highly advantageous.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective time management.
